attentive staff delicious dishes closed pool deep pool
The staff was attentive to our needs. The buffet had many options, and all dishes tasted delicious (i loved the variety!).
The kids pool was closed . Another pool was too deep. I waited a while for a life jacket for my kids.

great buffet comfortable location amazing staff
the breakfast choices included a great buffet. the beach area seemed very comfortable, too. i also liked that my room was set up for my birthday. so MUCH to do.
some staff members were VERY rude and unpleasant.

Really good Stay

I adored the room. The Ocean View Club Room included Club Lounge access. Daily afternoon tea and evening drinks were lovely perks. All refreshments and access to Wild Wadi Waterpark(TM) made it even better.
The elevator wait times could get lengthy during peak hours. This sometimes caused minor delays in reaching amenities.

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Getting around was simple because taxis were readily available. The proximity to key attractions made sightseeing effortless.

The Ocean View Club room was spacious. IT featured modern decor. The room included comfortable seating areas and a large balcony with beautiful views.

The hotel features multiple pools and a private beach access. I found plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas there. Wild Wadi Waterpark(TM) access IS a GREAT plus for families.

spacious room beautiful view daily refreshment
The Ocean Club room was spacious for our family. The room was clean. It had a beautiful view of the resort. The amenities were superb. We appreciated the daily refreshment of water.

crowded pool area limited breakfast choices
The breakfast was okay, though it lacked some variety. i also found that the pool area got overly crowded. It was hard to find a lounger at times and the noise level was quite high! these things affected the relaxation i was hoping for. it seemed like the hotel was trying to accommodate too many people without enough space. the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic because of the large crowds, the limited breakfast choices.
